DOs & DON’Ts

What We Do

  • Provide gentle and professional grooming services.

  • Take into consideration each dog's individual needs and spend the necessary time making the grooming experience as positive as possible.

  • Advise owners of any possible health concerns that are discovered while grooming.

  • Use gentle, yet effective, products on your pet.

  • Clean and sanitize all equipment and kennels every day.

  • Use modern, top of the line equipment to maximize safety and quality.

What We Don't Do

  • Leave dogs unattended on tables

  • Put dogs through lengthy and painful dematting sessions

  • Groom dogs that are, or appear to be, sick, distressed or aggressive.

  • Perform services that should be provided by a veterinarian.

  • Allow dogs from different families to have direct contact with one another.
